Judge allows Nick Sandmann to continue to sue Washington Post

After first dismissing the case, a federal judge is allowing Covington Catholic student Nick Sandmann to continue to against The Washington Post. As more videos were exposed, many journalists and other public figures quickly removed the condemnation of the students, and an independent investigation commissioned by the Covington Parish forced the parish to withdraw its initial condemnation of Nick Sandmann.
